Arrive in Perth (Boorloo), Western Australia’s relaxed riverside capital. Collect your rental car at the airport and make your way to your accommodation. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city – perhaps visit Kings Park for panoramic views over the Swan River, stroll through Elizabeth Quay or enjoy dinner in one of Perth’s vibrant dining precincts.

Today enjoy a ferry and Hop-On Hop-Off bus experience to Rottnest Island. Located just off the coast from Perth, the island is famous for its crystal-clear bays, white sand beaches and friendly quokkas. The Hop-On Hop-Off bus allows you to explore at your own pace, stopping at scenic beaches, historic sites and spectacular coastal lookouts.

Begin your Coral Coast adventure travelling north from Perth to the seaside town of Lancelin. Here you’ll take part in an exciting 4WD adventure across the impressive Lancelin Sand Dunes, including the chance to try sandboarding on the towering white dunes. Depart Exmouth and begin your journey south, travelling back along the Coral Coast to Carnarvon where you will spend the night.

The lagoon is known for its striking pink hues which change throughout the day depending on the light and season.
